    Matchbook. Use Willpower, Save Manpower.  Inside it says you can get Prophylactic Kits Free at Youngstown Ohio Police Station, Y.M.C.A and Penn-Ohio Bus Depot.  Also at Sharon, Pennnsylvania Police Station and Union Bus Terminal and at Warren, Ohio Police Station. Matches have been removed.  GOOD
    condition with soiling, some light creases, some edge and corner wear.   I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we must use. Shipping is .50 in the U.S.
