Bush, and Bill Clinton, the only time three U.S. presidents played in the same golf foursome. Ford was the 38th President of the United States (1974-1977), Bush was the 41st (1989-1993) and Clinton the 42nd (1993-2001). Hope began his career in show business in the early 1920s, initially as a comedian and dancer on the vaudeville circuit, before acting on Broadway. Hope began appearing on radio and in films starting in 1934. He was praised for his comedic timing, specializing in one-liners and rapid-fire delivery of jokes which often were self-deprecating. The photo and the signatures are mounted in a tan paper matte with blue and white borders and displayed in a 16 x 17-inch brown wood and glass frame.
