A rare signed Herbert Hoover photo. This is a Wonderful Harris and Ewing portrait photo, image size 7.25 x 10.5 photographer's mount, signed and inscribed on the mount in black ink "To Mrs. Samuel E. Winslow, with the respects of Herbert Hoover."
In fine condition, with mild silvering to edges of image, and a bit of light toning to mount.
