We understand returns are sometime necessary. You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We’ll pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
