Auction for Polar Lights/Round 2 USS Shenzhou Official Pre-Production sample model kit, 2019.
1. Polar Lights/Round 2 POL967M/12 1/2500 scale USS Shenzhou official pre-production sample model, 2019. The USS Shenzhou is from the Star Trek Discovery verse. This unique "Snap it" model comes with both sets of decals, directions, parts still on sprue in open bag, and directions. Also included is a letter from the Round 2 team explaining that the model a test piece as the kit didn't exist nor was in production at the time it was received. That has since changed as the kit is now on the market. The letter continues on to say that the parts might not fit correctly, decals are "proofs" and extra gluing might be necessary to make things work.
Model shows normal wear/tear associated with age/storage. Model is unbuilt and complete. Parts still on sprue in open plastic bag as came, decals and instructions. In my opinion model and box in overall very good condition. May have minor age related/production defects as this is a sample production kit.
