VINTAGE 1940'S/50'S HUTCHINSON #B-9 OFFICIAL 4 PANEL LEATHER BASKETBALL w/BOX  NOS
You are bidding on a VINTAGE 1940'S/50'S HUTCHINSON #B-9 OFFICIAL 4 PANEL LEATHER BASKETBALL, with Original Box & Envelope that contains (1) Inflating Needle NOS. This was manufactured by Hutchinson Brothers Leather Co. 'Makers of Fine Leather Goods', Cincinnati, Ohio. This Item was originally marked .95 on the box, which measures 9-1/2" x 9-1/2" x 9-1/2". Beside normal shelf wear, the Original Box has some tape on the two top front corners and inside the lid on the left side. There is also a 1-3/4" tear at the top front panel of the box.
The 4 Panel Leather Basketball has 9 Laces and measures approximately 29-1/2" in circumference, when using a cloth tape measure. In addition to the envelope with the inflating needle, this comes with the Original Store Tag which has the Model #B-9 on one side and the price of .95 on the other side. The Basketball is partially inflated for display and holds air.
