From between 1943 & 1947 this piece is 74 to 78 years old.
Made by the Seaboard Glass Bottle Co. in Pittsburgh, per "S" in a keystone on the bottom.
Made for the Black Horse Whisky Co. as non-alcoholic salesman samples for kids.
Measures 3" tall.
